Epix-CRM is fully integrated with Epix's order management. Data is stored for customers and contacts. Date, seller, contact person, type of activity, scheduled next contact, and notes are stored for contacts and customer activities. Documents can be attached to the activities.
Customers can be searched for based on customer data, the date of the next scheduled contact or the date of the latest contact.
